Wow, nothing really screams "I'm not working!!!" like the purple background on dland, now does it? Oh well. I have a (very welcome) slowish day today so I am getting caught up on things and that includes updating. Neener neener.

Last night was interesting, we went over to curt's parents house for dinner and ended up watching "G1lmore G1rls". Now I do not really think I am the "GG" type but I kind of enjoyed it. Cringe. If I get addicted to a WB sitcom, someone shoot me.

The dog got up at 4:45 this morning dying to go out and pee. Now, while I admire the fact that she let us know, I wish I knew how to get her bladder more in line with our sleeping schedules. 4:45 am is an ungodly hour to be getting up.

Tonight we are supposed to get together with Mitch & Naomi for the first time since their separation. I wonder if it will be kind of awkward? I mean, I've been hearing from both sides about their marital woes and what they're doing to get through this, but haven't actually seen either of them. Here's to hoping it won't be weird. Oh well, we should get some good wine out of it anyway. This is where we were planning to go, it's a cute little place and within walking distance which is always nice.
